Our company successfully applied to the subsidies of the Kozma László Program in 2006 with an applied research plan aiming at a new type of measurement of the dissolution of drugs from drug eluting implants. Besides developing a new measurement technique and device, we aim at marketing it in the manufacturing and drug qualification field???? (a minősítő eljárásban gyógyszereket minősítenek??) and at creating our own DES stent.
In 2004 our company received subsidies available in the framework of the National Research and Development Program of Hungary as a member of a consortium created to carry out via clinical experiences the development of a new generation of coronary stents of haemocompatible material and nanostructured coating. By the end of the project not only a stent family,a domestic equivalent of several market leader international products have been developed and certified in the European Union, but our engineers gained significant experience in laser processing and elaborating products by sophisticated laser technology.
In our project we would like to use the results of the technological developments based on domestic research results to make a marketable new type stent for the domestic and international market. The parameters and the reproduction costs of the stent would be more favorable than the already known versions.
In the project we would like to support the introduction of the new product with market surveys and working up of deliberate marketing strategy.
